      best time to take supplements etc

      Hi all,

      I am actively trying to have a lucid dream and have been trying different methods. one thing i keep reading is to take whatever is your choice of supplement/food/drink about 30 Min's before going to sleep.

      Why 30 Min's?

      surely this would be different for everyone, the reason i am asking is i am taking cod liver oil capsules with multi vitamins as advised by my doctor. i have noticed as an added bonus they also help with my dream recall and vividness. it seems the later a take them the better dream vividness is. i have been trying to find the perfect time to take them but yet to find it.

      can anyone shed any light on this one

      Count on the supplements starting to act within 30 minutes and last for 2-3 hours. That is 1-2 REM cycles = 1-2 dreams. Take them 4-5 hours after going to bed with a glass of water, they way they will have more effect on your longer dreams.
