You can't really OD on B12. B12 is water soluble, so excess B12 in your system will exit with urination. In rare cases there are side effects, but they don't really having anything to do with the dosage. I haven't used B12 myself, so i would suggest starting with a couple pills, and see what works best for you. Like I said, you can't overdose, so don't worry about that. I wouldn't recommend extreme doses though, simply because it isn't necessary. Good Luck! |
