      Exclamation Intense WILD

I went to sleep again this morning all stressed out, don't stop reading halfway through because it gets crazier and crazier, and this is what happened(note that this is my first WILD):

I woke up from my bed to find myself in sleep paralysis. I tried to move my arm up and it kinda moved. I tried to open my eyes all the way but my right eye could not open! I tried to bring my arm over and force my other eyelid open. It didn't work. I couldn't see my hand. I fell asleep and awoke at the same time. I saw another bed to the right of mine and I thought "how did it get there?" I walked over and flopped onto it. I instantly thought. "wait. if they did this i would have woke up. And why would they do this in the first place." so I tried to get up so i can do cool stuff. I tried to use all my effort to get up off of that bed. It started fading I rubbed my hands together and said "INCREASE CLARITY!" it didn't work. I woke up again. I rolled onto my side and tried with all my STRENGTH to get up! I could barely use my hands and i thought "If i try to stand up i don't think i could walk." I put myself up on my legs and my legs had no life at all in them. I fell backwards thinking was going to fall back onto the bed. I only fell into oblivion. I awoke again and somehow got to the door. I opened it and saw my brother standing there. Taller than the door and laughing. I awoke again. I saw a face next to mine for a second. it layed nexted to me and put a meaty hand/claw thing on my stomach.I could not move. I couldn't even move my eyeballs. I thought "OH SHIT JUST STAY CALM STAAAY CAAALM." I then woke up for what i think is real this time....

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday morning. I had a FA and I was having trouble moving so I started crawling out of my bed, but then fell of my bed and started floating. I was like holy shit I'm dreaming.

Yeah it was pretty much one of the scariest things to happen to me.
But i want to try again. But I don't wanna go around and have the same crap happen to me except worse.

I had a dream similar to this one, I was sleeping , but I felt I was awake lying on my bed, suddenly I felt something was gonig to come through the door of my room, then I had a very strong pain in my chest ( I felt like I couldn't move ) I started getting scared cause the pain seemed like it was going to harm me, after a while relaxed and I felt something infront of my eyes like when they put your hand over your eyes and you see darker, I opened my eyes and I saw a dark shadow like figure, I closed my eyes inmediatly and went like "please make it go away!" then I woke up.

Another time I felt paralyzed there was a shadow that tried to surround me I tried to move but I couldn't do anything, I felt intense fear from the shadowy thing, first time I chose to ignore it and the fear went away somewhat then I doubted and tried to escape and the fear came back worse.

when I feel like this I get fed up fast because not being able to do things... I have the impression that this is not a dream, but more close to a astral proyection but conected to the body , so instead of moving your astral or dream body you end waking up.
      Are you dreaming?

Hahahaha. Thats weird. I found out why I didn't have any energy in the dream. My body used it all in the transition. Because I was stressed when i got to sleep the vibrations got too strong and wasted all my energy.

Your dream energy and physical energy are not the same.

This happens sometimes, just wake up and DEILD into a different area when it happens if possible.

So are you saying once you got into the dream you had no energy. This morning I succesfully performed a wild. But when I got into the dream(which was my room and I was just laying the other way)I had no energy and the dream was super unstable. My room started flashing and I could barely move. The same thing happened in a FA this morning to. I got out of my bed but when I got to my door I got all dizzy and started blacking out and then woke up to anothe FA lol.

Snowboy it happens when your transitioning in between conscious and sub-conscious. Your using Both Energies. Dreaming and physical. They hit their peak and if your not relaxed the vibrations will use all your energy. Vibrations take energy. If you relax you can stop or lessen the vibrations then you can actually do shiz in the dream. Ya know the noise you hear when your transitioning? it sounds like a bunch of buzzing and fluttering. That means your in between conscious and sub-conscious. Its like on a radio when your changing the stations. If you go in between stations it sounds like a lot of buzz and nonsense.

HH aren't involved with the physical body, because they're all in your head, only SP is involved with the physical body, and as far as modern science is concerned, it's harmless. HH come after it, they are just your whole brain just going into action randomly and without any order, and they don't use any more energy than when you are awake. So, really, I don't see how it can make you tired if it's only in your head, because after SP, it's purely mental.

      Happy Dreaming,
      Snowboy

Well for me during my transition this morning, I was in my dream(in my bedroom) but I could barely open my eyes. You see its like I wasn't all the way in. I opened my eyes and my room was like going from being really dark, to having stars everywhere(I have glow in the dark stars on my ceiling). My bed sheets even had stars on them. All the sudden I lifted in the air and was spinning looking at stars on my ceiling. I couldn't do anything about it, but just watch consciously. I'm prety sure I was in my dream though, but maybe I was just still transitioning. Does that make sense?

I doubt that has ANYTHING to do with HH, SP, and becoming lucid in a dream.

EDIT: @NrElAx: Lol, you should get them removed. xD

mowglycdb, the dark figure you saw was a common thing during sleep paralysis, it's commonly referred to as the "old hag".
