      First lucid dream EVER!

Hi I literally just had my FIRST lucid dream DILD style... I had alittle help i think from a sound track that Basicly tells your subconscious that your dreaming... but my ear buds were out when i woke up (I move alot during the night Tossing and turning so they must have come out then) Also it was right after school i had a nap and thats when i had it!

It was brief but the dream I think started me as an anime character and some lady was killing or taking powers from others? I think Sorry my dream recall sucks. I was chased outside the house which is the house that my old friends' grandparents lived in and then i just did a reality check because it was strange and i read somewhere that if you can't move your fingers past a certain point it is a dream IDK where but it worked then i said "Im dreaming" Then "Clear" Then my dream became much more clear and then i woke up! So thats my first lucid dream I have no idea why i didn't try stabalizing the dream but i didn't but you know most people don't have much of a first LD thanks for stopping by

congrats! Yea I tried to fly the first dream I went lucid in then woke up instantly haha. Yea its important to be able to stabilize or anchor yourself in the dream first.

Great job on the lucid. Worry not, premature awakening is common on the first few lucids. Good thing is that once you have one lucid dream, at least one, it gets easier to have more... and you already broke the seal and had your first lucid. Grats!

You did a reality check, so I believe it was a real lucid. Plus, you recalled that demanding things such as "Clarity" will help, so you had waking recall.
Click the door... and welcome to my dream world!
