I just started participating in a lucid dreaming study from the university of Adelaide I'm not supposed to do any induction techniques for the first week of it. I'm also probably going to sign up for sensei's competition, you should totally join as well! They have a lower league that you could join. I like the competitions because it's filled with people that help motivate each other and we all get really excited about dreaming, it's fun I'll pm you the link in case you're interested
Not too badly, I'm getting back into it now so my recall should start improving once again. That's my main goal right now, when my recall is up to scratch again I'll start working on getting lucid. How have you been dreaming lately?
