This is one of about 3 dreams remembered in the past 3 months. I've started taking 2 drops of an African Dream Root tincture a day, and yesterday was Day 3. Recall is starting to come back a little, although the dreams were not vivid. I've been having a lot of trouble falling and staying asleep through the night which is probably contributing.

I remembered more of this dream earlier in the day and failed to write it down, so I've forgotten some of it. The only thing I remember is being at a shopping mall (dream sign) with my sister. We needed to buy something for our mother, then after that I said we could tour 2 of the department stores in the mall. There were 6 in total, 4 of which had been toured in a previous dream, and this dream was a sequel of sorts, so we wanted to see the remaining ones just because.

Dream 1: (non-lucid, low vividness)
- 3rd. person dream.
- 4 teenagers walking through a huge haunted house (2 guys, 2 girls)
- House is run-down and dusty (mostly made of wood)
- The teens walk through the haunted house together. The house is scary, but not dangerous
- Parts of the house I remember are a haunted aquarium, a room filled with huge bugs buzzing around, an old kitchen, and most surprisingly, a lava river (where you had to stay on top of a rock that floated all the way down the river.)
- I think they were being held captive by an evil witch or something, and there were clues that needed to be collected and returned to be let go.
- The teens split up to search for clues separately and return to the center staircase in an hour.
- Things get a lot more dangerous when they're by themselves, and at least 3 out of the 4 teenagers die.
- One guy died in the lava river, and one girl died by being attacked by bugs. I don't remember many details about these.
- Most memorably, one girl went back to the kitchen. There was an ancient-looking woman in there. The girl asked her if she knew about the clue, but the girl's face instantly changed into a shape of a skull.
- The woman was cooking something on the stove. She tricked the girl into putting her hand on the pan, which caused her massive pain. While she was distracted, the woman stabbed her (although the "scene" cut before she actually did.)

Dream 2 (non-lucid, medium vividness)
- I was younger in this dream.
- I had gotten into a huge fight with my sister for some reason, I don't know why, but my temper was out of control. I kept saying very mean things to her, which upset her, because we had been very close yesterday.
- I was in big trouble with my dad. He made me stand in the corner for hours and I had to apologize before I could go to bed, but I never did because I was so angry.
- He also wanted me to read 200 pages of some book as punishment, but I didn't do that either.
- This was a pretty distressing dream.

Dream fragment 3: (non-lucid, low vividness)
- A guy in my middle school I haven't talked to in a long time was in my high school class sitting in front of me.
- We joked around a bit.
- The teacher was not in the room, so the class was very loud.

Dream fragment 4: (non-lucid, low vividness)
- Really weird dream where my mom was out in the garden attending to her plants. Apparently, she was planting plants that would grow colors. And by colors, it meant that when the "color" was grown, you would see that color on the plant as if there was a picture of the plant that was scribbled on by the brush tool in Paint. Really made no sense.

My parents are divorced, and my dad comes over to pick my sister and I up and spend time together, though not very often. In my dream, we were driving back from his place to my Mom's house. We were driving through a nice wooded area with lots o streams. We usually talk a lot in the car, but today, we were all silent. I coughed to break the silence. My dad spoke up then, "You know, I've done everything in my power to get where I want to be, but I'm not fulfilled. I want to return to the Catholic Church." (My mom was Catholic.) I understood this meant that he wanted to move back in with my mom, sister, and I. I encouraged him to do it, since my dad is a very positive person and my mom is very negative, and a better atmosphere is needed in my house.

I was browsing on Facebook when I came across a video that my middle school bully T was tagged in. As I watched it, it featured a bunch of people standing in a dimly lit ballroom. They were lined up in an arc in female, male, female, male order. All the women were wearing suits and ties, and the men were wearing hot pink baby clothes. (Don't know why they were baby clothes and not dresses ) T was on the far right wearing baby clothes like everyone else. Everyone in the video began to do this choreographed dance. Upon reading the description, this was some transgender pride thing. T is bi IRL but not trans. I found this funny because of how T accused me of being gay back in middle-school, which I'm not. I got a good laugh out of it.

It was the beginning of the school year/ I was getting food at my college campus's cafeteria. I really wasn't in a good mood so I sat far in the corner by myself. Some new freshman (I'll be a sophomore) came and sat next to the table I was at. There was one guy and a bunch of girls. They started talking about stuff. I stayed quiet, but after a while I sort of slipped into the conversation. The girls all left to get more food, and I talked to the one guy that was there. He had brown hair and a short beard. He said that he knew me from Target. (Backstory: I met this guy shopping in Target, and became friends, and got something to eat afterwards. This is a dream backstory, it never happened IRL." I said it was great to see him again.

The girls came back. Some of them were making negative comments about the school. One said, "So where's the campus?", implying the campus was ugly. None of them were really cute either.
