      Hi, today on a thread you mentioned that sleep paralysis is different from waking up from a dream then entering the lucid dream.
      How is it different? Because when I started getting into lucid dreaming, I was so afraid of sleep paralysis. But last night I had my first lucid which was sort of a nightmare so I woke up immediately after I became lucid and I ended up in sleep paralysis, I was paralyzed I guess, I didn't even try to move, cause I stayed calm. And after 5-10 seconds the entity disappeared, then I woke up. Do you think if I would try WILD for the first time, it'll be different then my first SP experience?
