i can usually stop myself lucidly dreaming by shaking my head along with repeating wake up. it manifests as me physically shaking my head. any physical movement will snap u out of a lucid dream. hope this helps.
Hi
The DGT.
Do you breath?
Hmmm. Interesting problem. I once had the prospect of "working for" the devil. It was pretty scary. When I realized I was dreaming, I decided I would bitch slap the devil. I tried to get others attention to show them what I was about to do, and then I woke up, so I never got to do it, but the point is, I was going to, and this is the opposite of wanting to wake up from a lucid dream from fear not being able to wake up, or not being in control. I wish you luck.
Hi, It appears that I have been lucid dreaming for years, although I did not know that was what it was called. I have found the experience very frightening, as I usually realise that I am dreaming, but cannot wake up and I cannot open my eyes, although I try. I would love to know how you stop lucid dreaming when you want to wake up.
