      Hey Elucive. I finally tried WILDing last night with the information you gave me. Although it wasn't a success, my mind was pretty much empty when repeatedly saying "beep" in my head, like you said it worked for you. After a while, I noticed that I was still saying in my mind 'beep', but without much force now. Just a quick question; and a stupid one at that; how can I exactly keep it in the back of my mind? It's easier said than done I suppose.
      Edit: Oh yeah, this just came to me. How far apart should I say the desired word in my head? Last night I said it in the middle of an inhale and exhale. Or should I just repeat it over and over like a continuous beep?
