    1. Yeah velocity is the vital thing. The universe will pass faster for the moving object; it'll feel that it's gotten to the 'end' of the universe quicker. It depends on how fast you are moving (from the stationary person's point of view) as a ratio of light speed (which can never exceed one).

      Photons are actually moving AT light speed so they only actually exist for a single moment; the universes passes instantaneously for them and they go straight to the end.
    2. So, if two objects exist from the "start" of the universe to the "end" of the universe, and one object is constantly moving at a greater speed than the other, does each object experience a different time lapse?
