Biography:

I've been studying Internal Martial Arts for 16 years now. Creative Visualizations and Lucid Dreaming can be comparable to I.M.A. meditations, visualizations, using Chi, and a host of other similaritites. I am teaching myself playing guitar, 10 years on, and as I started learning, my left brain awoke, and I wrote close to 80 poems, and it happened again when last year I started to write left handed. I'm slower lefty, but my penmanship is better than my right! I am always striving to be One with the Universe, and I believe there is more that we don't know about our relationship with the Universe! I taught women advanced self defense to help them protect themselves. Once I stopped drinking and partying in '88, I've become One with myself, and my entire life is geared toward knowing ALL in the fields of the Internal Being.
