Well, let's see here... When I Lucid, I tend to just go along with the dream "story," which consequently has had me do a lot of pointless things. One of my best examples is riding in the passenger...

^^ Thank you for sharing all that information, Sensei, though I was already aware of it. I'm not arguing either, and I understand that you were not standing firmly behind the information you...

One thing you left out, Laurelindo: are you sleeping longer when you go to bed at 9pm? If you are, then it might not be that your dream recall has improved, but that you are simply dreaming more,...

As a student of the Dreaming Arts, I'd tell you that was all in your head. It will only affect you as much as you believe it will.

Regarding the sharing of memory between conscious and subconscious minds....This morning while sleeping I was lucidly working on a poem. I got about three stanzas into it and woke up. I remembered...

The subconscious mind is still involved in the creation of the DC right? The conscious mind doesn't know the details of how to create a DC, even though it may be involved in whether the DC gets...

I am not sure it shows any one thing. The conscious mind in an ld can create and manipulate DCs and their actions, just as handily as the subconscious mind.

I think every practice has a potential to make you better at anything. But with WILD, how the attempt goes, depends largely on your mental state at that moment, and how far away are you from REM, as...
