Hello. I read over your Five Phases of WILD tutorial, and thought it was great. Just a general background, I am new to the whole lucid dream experience, and I have been looking for the best form of performing WILD. However, some mention that you have to take caffeine before you start the process, and/or that you have to at least stay 30-60 minutes awake. Also, which method do you prefer? MILD or WILD?

URGENT! hi i'm a 15 year old and am extremely interested in WILD but i really need to know how i go from relaxation stage, to transition stage. i don't understand how its possable for me to be awake, and asleep. i need your help, i get the two stages but i don't know what to expect in the transition to the transition stage. (full details and examples from personal experience would be much appreciated thank you.) contact me via email = [[email protected]] P.S, can religious views such as christian, atheist, ext.. affect the outcome of a WILD?
