Do something, be happy about it. Contentedness bleeds over into one's dreams, and then the dreams pay back by being interesting.

Also, what do you think to yourself when you go to bed at night? "Ugh, another day. Let me just sleep!" or "Okay, THIS night I want to dream about bikini samurai mermaids on unicorns!"

Lastly, music. I don't know how much you're a music guy, but I've found that listening to music while going to sleep has quite an effect. (Then again, I'm used to it.)

Me, positive? If you say so.

There are a couple things. One is that I don't rely on Lucidity for happiness. It's epic on steroids to be lucid, but there's real life too.

ALSO...there is the Academy: a building, a book, an anime, a dream-theater...it's a construct and continuum in my head that I can use as a goal for becoming lucid as well as a story to write and a building to model in waking life.

So in other words... DO something! Like I commented before, if you're needing some project to work on, I'm sure I could lend a hand in finding something.
    3. I've been reading your posts and even when you weren't having LDs yet you were staying positive about it. I on the other hand feel discouraged. Any suggests for staying positive because I think this negativity might be messing up my dreams.
    4. Hey, I noticed your thread "That Awkward Stage", and I was wondering if you'd be interested in finding something new to DO.
Writing, animation, reviewing, sci-fi RPGs, whatever! It just seemed like you could use a friend to get you doing something that doesn't have a standard for you to have to meet.

      Thanks for posting!
