    In this lucid dream I woke up in my own bed and didn't know that I was dreaming at first. I then realized that I had a false awakening because I was just in another dream. I heard my parents talking in the kitchen, and I wanted to talk to them because they were dream characters. I tried to move but I couldn't. Then I just woke up for real
