Ok so yesterday evening I had a two hour massage. When I returned home, I did a mindfullness meditation with some initial energy work to get me in the correct vibration. I held a raw piece of moldavite in my right hand, my quartz record keeper in my left and on the table infront of me there was my moldavite bracelet with a small quartz cluster in the middle and next to it was a fluorite cluster. I kept on slipping into a deam state during the meditaion and the mediation turned into a flux between seeing and interacting with dream images and me noticing it, then refocusing on my breath. The meditation lasted 50 minutes. After that I was chatting to relatives online and as a result I went to bed about 2 hours later than usual. Earlier in the day I had made a recording on my phone with me saying 3 times, each one minute apart, "You're dreaming" and "You're in a dream". I set this as an alarm on my phone and I set it to go off about 01:15. I heard it go off and I woke up. I decided I would get up so I look at the phone and the time is exactly 01:11. Stayed awake until about 03:00 and then went back to bed. Took me a while to get back to sleep. At one point I was able to see the room with my eyes closed! I could actually see the reflective surface of the cupboard door and when my GF went to the toilet I could see the door open. I tried waving my had infront of me a few times and I could see movement but couldn't really see my hand. Felt and looked exactly the same as the times this has happened to me before (see note 1). Had a real sense of perception and depth and the same strange sensation you get from seeing with your eyes closed. After a short while it actualy feels quite natural and you kind of forget they are closed.

Below is the dream that I recorded when I woke up at approximately 05:00. I had also set the voice signal to go off on my phone again.

Dream

I can remember hearing the first voice signal on my phone. I can't remember hearing the other two. When I became lucid I was inside a house/buiding. Everything was white and it had a very light and airy feel. I felt like my vibration had been lifed considerably. I felt very light and connected. Very open. I started walking through the house allowing myself to become more and more lucid. I remember feeling so good. So high in vibration but I could feel someting on my back. Like there was an uncomfortable pressure across part of my back. I tried to sort it but it wouldn't go away, so I assumed that it was my body in the bed and the sensation has transferring through to the dream. I though to myself after what felt like a few minutes 'Ok, I'm getting distracted now. What was it I was planing on doing when I became lucid?' After a few seconds of puzzling over this I remembered! 'I was going to do the Keys of Ascention meditation technique!'. Upon this rememberance I heard my GF's voice say "Oh my God!" and I though 'I wonder what's happened?' So I went in search of her. I saw a door that I wanted to go into and there was a female DC standing just before it in another small room. She was folding towels and putting them neatly away. She appeared to be a maid and as she crossed my path she gave me a side glance and half seductevly, half lovingly smiled at me. As I passed her I brushed my hand against her ass and I walked to the door and opened it. Inside there were 4 girls standing around, all nannys, and there were two babys. The girls had all been admiring the babys when I arrived and now they were all looking at me, slightly puzzled. I looked at one of the babys and he screwed his face up at me. The girls all laughed and so I decided to screw my face back up towards the baby in a playful manner. As I tried to screw my face it felt like it wouldn't move, so I tried with more force and I then started feeling my body in the bed. I instantly understood that I must have actually been doing that to my face in my waking reality body and it was waking me up. I tried to relax myself and stay calm but I was on a slippery slope and was in the bed awake withing a few seconds.

I stayed awake for another couple of hours and although I'm wide awake I decide to have another sleep. So I load up my oil burner with water that my herkimer diamond has been cleansing in for a few days and I put frankincense and sandalwood in it (see note 2) along with clary sage which relaxes me tremendously. The moldavite and quartz are still under my pillow. I fall asleep in bed after a short time reading. I'm very briefly woken about 20 minutes later by my GF leaving for work and I remember what I've been dreaming:

I was in a small room and I was holding an iron (as in an iron for clothes) in my hand. The metal part of the iron was not soild. It was hollow and open at the top and inside it was brown powder. I was waving the iron around and skipping around the room causing the powder to come out and go into the air. It was all around me and as I was breathing it in it was making me feel really really good! It was like pure love energy, making me feel very high in vibration. I was semi lucid throughout the dream.

I woke up again 2 hours later, having had a very deep sleep with no recollection of any dreams.


Thoughts/Notes

note 1: I've been able to see with my eyes closed quite a few times before. Twice when I was working offshore mid 2014 which was definitley due to me using the baramay device on a daily basis. The other times were during a 30+ hour ibogaine session. Happened a lot of times and was quite clear. I should also note that I've just started using the baramay device in meditation again a few days ago after a very long break from it.

note 2: Both frankincense and sandalwood make your brain release more melatonin. Herkimer daimonds help me to sleep and are widely regarded as one of the best crystals for all things sleep related.

Dream

This dream occured in the later stages of sleep, not long before I woke up.

There was an initiation ceremony being held for me. It was being held/conducted by my GF's family. My family was there also. It was in an area of countryside where we would play as kids. The 'test' I had to complete was to jump from a really high cliff and land at the bottom, although when I jumped, I was to jump straight out. I understood that if I didn't jump far enough straight outwards, I would fail. So I jumped and I made it far enough out and then I fell through the air and landed in a river or lake at the bottom. Then all the family members appeared there to give me gifts of flowers made of fruit for completing the task and I was taking them and eating them.

Notice the similarities between this dream and the 'jump program' in the Matrix.

Dream

I was inside a oval shaped UFO. There were other people (humans) inside it also and we were flying around. Inside there was a periscope like the kind you would find on a submarine and I was looking through it at the people outside. I was thinking 'It's so cool to see what it is like to be on the inside of one of there as oppposed to seeing one from the outside!' We saw a man and he was about to do do something bad (can't remember exactly what but it was something that would cause harm to others) and we stopped him from doing it by using the ship in some way. The the man had tried to escape from us and I was then outside the craft and I was chasing him on foot. I got close to him and he make himself dissappear. Even though he had done this I could still see him as a little black dot although after a while this little black dot dissapeared also.

At this stage I started to awaken and in the waking state I thought to myself 'I should have known that was a dream cause I was inside a UFO' then without moving at all I quickly slipped back to sleep and started dreaming almost immediatley.

This beginning is a bit vague but I had pursued some line of work I was interested in, and in doing so I had met this female DC. We were inside a building. It was bright inside, with white walls. The female DC was middle aged, blonde hair, tall, dressed in light blues and white flowing robes. She was very wise and elegant and she gave off a very loving energy. She told me that one of my abilities was I could see things and I could also channel. She started teaching me how to channel. I was to project a blue light from myself (I think my throat chakra) towards an object which looked like a bucket. I was practicing this for a while and she was helping me then after some time, other people started arriving, one by one and they were all sitting and standing about, some mingling with each other and they all had abilities also. There was a kid sitting next to me and he was trying to talk to me but I couldn't understand him. He gave off a really nice loving energy and he was smiling at me a lot and then I realized that he was Thai kid. So I started to talk to him in Thai, asking him what his name was but he didn't reply, he just gave me a loving smile. Then I remember seeing there was little kid with a woman standing behind her entering the room through the doorway. Just as they were about to enter the little kid, whos facial apperance was adult and almost exactly the same as the womans, turned around to face the woman, who I then noticed was acting in a kind of robot fashion, and the kid climbed up into the womans stomach which looked like she was pregnant although there was a big hole in the front, and the kid climbed inside the womans stomach! When she did this the woaman stopped acting robot like and started acting normal! It was like they were one and the same being and if the child left her womb only the child could act normaly and when the kid was inside only the woman could act normally. I though this was so bizarre and then I reflected on the whole sceen and I realized that it was like Xmen; we were all here with different abilities and were here to learn from the female teacher I'd met in the begining. I then realized this is a dream and the dream became clearer and clearer. When I could feel all my senses, I shouted up to the sky "Higher Self, show me something that's important for me to see" and I stuck my arms out and started spinning round. After just a coule of spins I lost my ballance, fell over and hit my forhead hard on something which hurt quite a bit, although I was quickly distracted from the pain because the scene of the dream had totally changed. I was now outside and there was a low grassy hill to my right. I was standing at the botom of the hill and couldn't see what was beyond the horison of the hill. The amazing thing about the scene was, there was all different kinds of animals running at top speed over and down the hill and off to my left. They were moving so fast it was hard to get a good look at each one individually but I remember seeing a few limas and wild boars. It was as if they were all running away from something which had scared them. I noticed there was a dead tree on the hill and as I looked at it I noticed a monkey had gotten itself tangled in the tree and was struggling to get out. So I went over and helped free the monkey, which frantically took off running in the same direction as all the other animals as soon as it could. I didn't feel interested in that scene any more so I started walking away from the hill and as I did, I realized that there were two DCs from the last scene I was in, who were accompanying me (walking together always staying behind me). We soon came to a large indistrial style building which was made of brick. We entered a door and behind it was a stairwell which we started walking down. As I was walking down the stairs I wondered to myself, 'What does this building represent?' and so I shouted upwards "Higher Self, what does this building represent?" I then got a strange feeling start at my feet which moved up trough my shins. At this point I started to feel my legs in waking reality and I was quickly starting to feel more and more of them moving up as in my dream. This only took a few seconds and then I was awake.


Thoughts/Notes

When I woke up I was a little bit shocked and disapointed. I felt like I had been kicked out of the dream for asking about the building.

Dream

This was the 4th dream of the night I can remember and the only one I was lucid in. I'm not sure exacty how I became lucid. I presume something started to make me up, but not fully, and when this happened I knew it was a dream.

I remember I could still feel my body in the bed whilst I was dreaming. It felt like 80-90% in the dream reality and 20-10% in the waking reality and at that stage I was fully lucid. When I became lucid I was in deep natural water (felt like the sea). I was trying to hold my breath and then I though to myself 'Why am I trying to hold my breath? This is a dream! I don't need to breath!' and then I started breathing again. When I did this I could actually feel the water entering my lungs which felt really amazing. So I swam to an area in mid water were there was nothing around me and I was enjoying the feeling of being under water and breathing water so much. It felt so incredible! I then thought to myself 'I need to get down to businesss here and stop playing around'. So I looked upwards and said "Higher Self, show me something that is important for me to see". Everything went pitch black for a few seconds then, in the far distance below and infront of me, I could see a little blue light which was getting bigger and bigger. As it got bigger it looked like a rectangular area that either I was moving closer to, or it was moving up to me (see note 1). It resembled a tennis court when it was at a disance but as it got closer it appeared to be an old ruined castle. There were lots of DC there who were dressed like medieval soliders. There were two different types of soliders uniform. One was red and the other was (unknown). They were attacking me and I was hiting them and they would smash up as if they were made of something like rock. After I did this with quite a few of them I though I would find out what they represented. So I stopped hitting them and I noticed if I didn't hit them they would all stop attacking me and become disinterested in me. I then, whilst standing next to one, looked up to the sky and shouted out "What does this one represent?" To which I got no answer. I tried asking a few more times whilst standing next to both types and I still got no answer. There seemed to be more and more of them appearing since I stopped fighting with them. I decided to take a walk around and I came to a large giant with another similar looking giant standing a short distance behind the first. The one closest was holding a quartz crystal wand in his right hand and he was acting just slightly agressive towards me but I was starting to get bored of the scene now. So I put my arms out and started spinning. I could feel myself getting dizzier and dizzier and everything turned black so I stopped spinning. I was still in complete darkness and I thought to myself 'I've got my eyes closed! I need to open them'. So I tried opening them but they felt like they were really tightly closed and I couldn't do it. After doing this for a while I though to myself 'I must be feeling my eyes in my body in waking reality' so I concluded that my dream eyes must actually be open and I'm just in pitch darkness. Upon finishing this line of though I started seeing a soft blue light starting to appear and grow larger. Next thing I know I can feel my phone in waking reality is ringing in my pocket so I think 'oh no! I'm going to have to wake up and get that'. I wake up and answer the phone. It was my Mother who had called and I was saying "hello, hello?" but all I could hear were office noises. It was as if she had left the phone off the hook by mistake instead of hanging up. I notice I am in a castle scene again but it was a small area and I had the feeling I was not at ground level like before. I was lying down and infront of me there was a guy I worked with once shooting a hand held sling shot over the side of a wall at, I pressumed, rats. A girl I knew from school was sitting behind me with her back against a wall. I then woke into waking reality.

Dream

Very briefly woke up a few times throughout the night. Each time I remember seeing images of quartz crystal and I could feel the energy coming from the crystal(s) I was seeing.


Thoughts/Notes

I've recently heard about something you can do to form a stronger connection to the mineral kingdom. It is to have a crystal, preferably a kind that you like, cut into a thin sheet. When it is struck and held close to the body, the vibration given off resonates through the body and this forms a strong connection between the individual and the crystal type. The idea excites me a lot so yesterday I bought a large quartz crystal (1kg) which I plan on having cut in to lots of sheets and made into a wind chime which I'll put on the back of the washroom door so it rings throughout the room every time I open or close it. The quartz crystal is very beautiful and clear. I could feel a lot of energy from the crystal when I held it. Whilst I slept, last night the crystal was in the next room.
