Bizarre recurring creature from dreams induces nocturnal emissions

I will be brief. An man-fox (think japanese kitsune) appears every now and then in my dreams. It is gender-neutral in it's features sans for a phallus, but every time it appears it induces a wet dream.

I my waking life, I am not attracted to males nor to that creature. However, in my dreams it's mere presence seems to trigger a wet dream. Shortly after seeing it, I wake up after having a nocturnal emission.

It sounds to me like a representation of some sort attraction you had to someone some time in your life. I'm not really sure, to be honest.
Just a scared old llama on the outside planning to dominate these forums...

Neither am I. Any idea is better than none, I suppose.

Although in order to provide an accurate interpretation it would usually be best to have some general background information about you (as well as a description of recent events just before a given example of the dream), it’s safe to say that animals in dreams represent instinctive energies which can appear in emotions of varying strength, in gut feelings and intuitions, compulsions, desires, and even in spontaneous thoughts and fantasies etc.

The fact that a man-fox appears indicates that such innate natural responses etc. are “undifferentiated”, “confused” and “not human enough”, meaning that for some reason, you’re apparently not yet consciously aware of them.

In a practical sense, these feelings etc. can be helpful in moving through everyday life more effectively when conscious.

This higher level of awareness can be reached only if a link is maintained with one’s own unconscious to which one listens and stays mindful of subtle bodily symptoms, feelings or even anxieties etc. in order to quickly react to them and maintain a healthier “animal existence” as it were.

The recurring nature of the dream could possibly point to a certain lack of connectedness to your instinctive side and it would therefore be encouraging an improvement in any such situation.

You can try focusing on the image of the man-fox in one of these dreams and then write down every spontaneous memory, thought and feeling that comes to mind.

Then by sifting through what appears, hopefully a clue can appear as to its personal meaning for you.

In general terms though, a fox alone usually symbolizes a kind of instinctive trend within that doesn’t stay stuck in collective norms, values or ways of thinking.

Also, consciously adopting a certain slyness, cleverness and originality that is similar to how a fox operates can also be in the service of the life and psychological growth of the dreamer.

The image of a phallus is in fact not just a sexual symbol but more often leans instead towards the idea of creativity in general, so the nocturnal emissions connect with this idea but also perhaps with the possible implication of this potential being “wasted” in some way.

If you mull over this particular way of looking at your dream and something seems to click regarding this approach, then the dream should stop recurring or at least happen even much less often, especially if you take any appropriate action to link up more fully with your instinctive side in general.

Anyway as mentioned, without knowing anything about you, this interpretation might not fit your personal circumstances very well but I hope these ideas can be helpful in some way.

Please feel free to make any comments or to ask any questions that you may want to about this particular way of looking at your dream.

That is a very well described perspective, thank you. I do have some questions about it, indeed.

For example: If these are feelings I am not aware of, how can I now when I am affected by them or not? Do they have a similar nature in waking moments as they do during dreams?

I can also provide a more detailed description of when I met this creature in my dreams as well as answer questions about my person that may shed light on this. However, I would rather appreciate this being done via private messages given the nature of the information (I can always update this thread if necessary).
