Weird dream need explanation

Hi people first post here so I'm a 20 year old man. From the U.K I'm healthy and fit and I haven't had a bad dream in years so it first started with my mum loosing her job and then getting another job but it wasn't a good one that was fine next usain bolt yes the sprinter died in my dream and last of all here it comes this woman was at side of my Bed and we both tried too talk but nothing came out and I couldn't move and then she put both her hands on my shoulders and came closer but I was telling my self subconscious it's not real wake the hell up and then I did with my heart rate going fast she was right at side of my bed when it happened with red eyes when I woke up I checked the time and it was 3:33am but 2-3 times in the past few month I've woke up at this time. Open too any help or explanation thanks guys.
