      craziest experiment ever.

Go get your partner if you have one, have them watch you sleep (if they're willing) watch your rem and flash lights in your face or set an alarm. XD you will owe them big time obviously.

No, seriously I had a dream the other day where I went to bed and some random person watched my rem and flashed my eyes. When I awoke (in the dream) he told me I was part of an experiment to see if deild alarms actually produce lucid's and how often they work on a percentage value out of 100, and he said the only way to make sure it's 100% accurate is, you need a watcher. In the dream it was going to be once a week for seven weeks. And this was the 1st week. I missed being lucid but dam, it was a pretty cool concept. One that would stretch what other people are willing to do.

I wondered after the dream, seriously if people actually did this how much would it work, would the 100% accuracy on detection of rem by having a human literally watch your eyes produce lucids even close or far less of a percentage. I thought about it more than I probably should today

Yes I understand asking your significant other if they would give up one night of sleep for seven weeks is probably out of the question, I was wondering if anyone is willing to try this just once, and post on this thread what happened, I know probably no one will try this but at least I got it out of my system and put this crazy experiment that came to me in my dream down on paper.

I'm aware of things like REEME. But they can't dicetect rem, there are some coming out that do, but they will be inacurate at best. In the dream. The reason for a spotter was. A fool proof way to make sure if lucid dreams didn't happen regurly, you would know sensors didn't cause it. And if lucids did happen regualry it would be proof of concept that dictection works.
