I've been nocturnal my whole life, which I assume would be medically classified as DSPD. |

So I'm basically wondering how late people stay up at night on a regular basis. You can just post the time(s) you usually stay up till, bridge the gap between sleeping earlier vs the AM hours, or provide detailed explanations of how late you are awake |

Hmm let's see. I have had several during the last couple years. |

Lucid Dream Goal:
A perfect week!
One week with at least 1 Lucid Dream in every night.
Hmm maybe I should look into DSPD, since I normally don't start feeling tired enough to sleep until after midnight, around 1:30 ish or 2. Wow, but that's lucky you get to sleep when its most comfortable for you! I didn't start this nocturnal habit until college... but now I just naturally stay up late if I've got no early morning commitments. |

Me and sleep have a great relationship.I usually can adapt easily to a new schedule.I'm at my best when I wake up around 4 or 5 a.m after going to sleep at around 9 or 10.Lately i've been going to sleep at 4a.m,then I wake up around 11a.m.So i'm just tiny bit off from my schedule that makes me feel the most well rested... |
