I forgot my lucid dream.

Hi, i woke up this morning and in my mind that i hadn't lucid dreamt but after 5 mins i remembered something I HAD ONE i was doing stabilization and i sad in the dream : i am dreaming. for not loosing lucidity. I don't remember waking up. What happened to me can you explain?

I think it's just your recall that failed you there. If you don't remember waking up, then you probably didn't remember what you did in the dream. This also became apparent when you couldn't recall ever having one in the first place. Assuming you are keeping a dream journal, then that's just tough luck. Hopefully your recall will improve to recall your lucid dreams. Sweet dreams..

yea try the dream journal or try to remember your dreams at least when you wake up every day it will get better, our memory is sometimes very weak when dealing with dreams
