      Can B6 make you sick?

      I've taken B6 supplements and I sometimes wake up feeling sick. The other night I took two and I threw up.


      Does anyone know why I'm getting sick? And has anyone else gotten sick from supplements?

      never happened to me and b6 is my main supplement... are you allergic to it in some way perhaps?

      I usually don't take more than 150, some take 200 though.

      B6 is a vitamin supplement. You probably get enough in your diet so the extra 200 milligrams is too much for your body.
