      Polyphasic sleep, help

      Sorry I found placebo mp3.

Well, I'm starting a week of polyphasic sleep. I heard that mammals just take rest naps(power naps). This got me thinking if polyphasic sleep is possible, it all hinges on higher memory. Oh yeah, If I get bored I will do maths and if I get tired then!?

Note: I will not follow the pattarn of polyphasic sleepers like doing it every four hours, I will instead do it when I get impared. Saying overal I could proberly have less sleep then polyphasic sleepers.

Now to wreck havok with my sleeping pattarns

On placebo's mp3 file. Why the hell is their white nose? their no scientific evidence it does anything so why placebo why? On a different issue. Why the hell is their horrible music playing at the end, seriously why would you want to wake up to that. You could have played anything else, Beethoven fifth symphony would have been perfect or even one of Mozarts short works. Seriously that is the last thing I would want to hear when I wake up, dame you placebo.

Although having something annoying could wake me up, however I don't know about the stress of hearing crappy music everytime I wake up would have on me. Saying all that it is a good idea and you were planning to make another one, just think no white nose and Beethoven fifth symphony(just the first five minautes, then you can play loud noises). You need to be seriously sleep deprived to sleep through the white noise.

      - White noise is there to block out noise, which is what it was 'invented' for. If it annoys you even after 5 minutes of it, then you're probably playing it too loud. Neither me or the others who love my mp3 have a problem with the noise. Turn it softer dammit.
      - The alarms woke you up, didn't it. If it was a beautiful song, you'd lie there listening to it and promptly fall asleep again.

For both me and most other polyphasers who use my mp3, we quickly learn to wake up before the chickens even start.
So the music is not a concern at all, only when adapting, which is precisely when you need the most horrible sounds you can think of.
