      Uberman and Variation

      I've been looking into starting a uberman/everyman sleep schedule because it might help in college and starting now gives me just at a month to adjust.

      However, every schedule I set up ends up having Monday knocking it off (in uberman and everyman 3hr core one of the 20 minute intervals literally starts at the same time as a class starts, 1.5hr core it just won't work). Does anyone know if it's alright to have one day a week where you start a 20min interval about 40 minutes ahead of time, or which schedules allow for this variation best? Especially after only a month.

      And if anyone has advice on other schedules- that'd be fine, too. These are just the only ones I've seen.

      Edit- I'm 17 right now, will be 18 in November. I don't know, I'm not a doctor or anything, but it doesn't seem like I'll be experiencing any giant changes leading to the day I turn 18 when something switches or whatever. What are the dangers of doing it under 18, if there are any? I've only seen vague ones.

      Hi Ryles! I'm currently on Everyman (3 hour core, 3 naps) and I find that I can usually move my naps around by a couple hours without any resistance. Generally the longer core nap you have, the more flexibility you will have with your naps.
