Crossing Eyes

When I go to sleep, my eyes naturally cross. When I wake up, I can see double of things until I focus then my eyes un-cross.
My father said it didn't matter, and that peoples eyes roll back and move into strange positions while asleep. But is this safe? Could it possibly strain or stress my eyes (even though it appears to be comfortable).

AHHH!!! this is tooo crazy....

I just posted something about crossing your eyes in another thread about standing in front of a mirror to see past lives. In that thread I posted that I believe the people here on DV are subconsciously connected or something because all the time I read posts about stuff that I have been doing or just did recently, even when they aren't necessarily related to dreaming.

We must all be reading each others minds...

but if this is the case then why are there so many arguments lol

Your post immediately reminds me of while I am meditating- I often find that my eyes will cross or be straining to roll back and up (as if looking into my head) I hear it has something to do with the frontal cortex, where complex thinking and imagination are centered.
