My work forces me to change my sleeping schedules all the time. Here's my ordinary week:

Sunday: I usually either don't work, or work until 4am (of monday)
Monday: Week yes/week no, I arrive home at 3am (of tuesday)
Tuesday: I don't work
Wednesday: I need to get up at 6am, and I arrive home at 1:30 am (of thursday)
Thursday/Wednesday/Saturday I don't need to work early, and I arrive home at 8pm

As you can see, my schedule would be completely normal if there wasn't this thing of working monday till 3am, and after my day off, changing completely by waking up at 6am.

This really messes with my sleeping cycle, and during the summer, I can go 2 weeks arriving home at 4am and then suddenly change to 2 weeks of waking up at 6am every day.

I'm currently taking some medications (let's say it's stress/anxiety) related, and all this sleep thing makes me even more nervous. Would it be okay to cal my psychiatrist and ask for advice?
