I've reached the part where you are almost in SP. My body was shaking a bit, I noticed abstracted colors of alien heads and my body was shaking a bit more intensely. I wasn't scared, I was already expecting this, but my heart rate got really fast and my eyes were twitching a lot too forcing me to open my eyes. How do I solve this? |

From my rotting body,
flowers shall grow
and I am in them
and that is eternity.

How are you supposed to breathe? :O |
|
Here's what I do. I call it "lazy breathing." First, I stop breathing. Then, I wait for my body to do it completely on its own with no help at all from my own volition. It usually takes several seconds to kick in on its own. Then I let body breath in on its own and wait for it to stop whenever it feels like. Afterwards, I wait out this pause again until my body eventually kicks in again and breaths out. Then, I repeat the process. It tends to have a calming effect. |

I think it per person what types of breathing relax you. |

I had exactly the same problem, just breath much deeper than normal and your heart will fade. |
|
Alright, I'll try this. Note that I am new to lucid dreams, the reason why I stuck to WILD's are because it seemed to work for first timers as well and I almost pulled it off the other day. |
