Exhausted? What do you mean exactly? You feel like tired in the dream? |
|
This past week I have had several WILDs. Once I feel the vibrations and notice that I have a particularly clear mental picture of something, I somehow immerse or propel myself into it. I don't know how else to describe it, but that's what it feels like. As though my body is a magnet and I have to push myself away from it mentally. That alone exhausts me, although it happens in seconds. My consciousness feels stunted. I am aware, but not like when I'm fully awake or having a DILD. So being conscious within the dream (making choices, thinking about stabilization, remembering what I want to do, etc.) exhausts me even further. All of the exhaustion makes it difficult for me to maintain a lucid for longer than a minute. Has anyone else experienced this? I would appreciate any feedback or tips. Thanks! |

If you feel like it, please take a look at my YouTube channel:

If you don't, hm well have a nice day anyway ^_^
I don't think you can actually be exhausted in a dream, so it is more of a mental state. You could remind yourself that you're asleep, and that your mind is recharging right now. You could also stop paying attention to the exhaustion. Either of those could make the feeling go away. |

Are you using galantamine? Galantamine sleep is hardly sleep at all. If that's not it, then perhaps it's more likely to be a mental than physical condition, as others have suggested... or maybe you're somehow replicating the effects of galantamine through your WILD rituals. |

Perhaps your consciousness is indeed stunted, Lunagoddess. |

I was referring to mental exhaustion. I hadn't taken anything but Ezov. You guys are probably right, it's probably because I'm not deeply asleep and still have a conscious attachment to my sleeping body, which would be why my physically movements feel so heavy and tiring. I know that grounding myself within the dream would be the ideal thing to do, but I generally just don't have the mental energy to push through. Thanks for the feedback |
