      errors

      I have few problems with wild.i mostly practice wild at afternoon.so problems while be when practicing afternoon not at night.so 1.problem is I Even after 20min i get little or 0 HI.and i dont get roll over signals.and try to wild is failed.pls help me

      Well from what I know, that seems odd. They say that naps during the day are a good time to WILD. I'm no expert on WILD, but try to ask yourself these questions:

      Am I too excited/nervous/in panic?
      Are there other noises that are distracting me from concentration?
      Are my muscles relaxed?

      If all of these questions are no (except the last one), then disregard this post. WILD is really dependent on the user. Some people have great success at afternoon WILDs, while some have constant failures then. For some people, WILDs during the day may take up to an hour. You may want to try experimenting with different times during the day to WILD, or just stick to night time WILDs.

      If I try to WILD at noon (I have at max an hour at that time) I get a rush of dreamlets, but never a proper (lucid) dream. It just won't work for me.
