Yea.It is similar to wild.You are suppose to move your index and middle finger.
Supposedly that makes your body fall asleep while your mind is still awake.

Ok, i saw the guide. But it's possible that it takes only 10-30 seconds to do the transition because I think it's a too little amount of time in my opinion. Someone really do this in 30 seconds?. Normally I take more than 30 seconds to fall asleep and I think it's harder to do that
