      Struggling with wild

      Hi guys!

I've been practicing DILDs during the last 2 years with no success,
I could realize I was dreaming but as soon as I realized that I woke up.
(still technically lucid dreams, aside the fast that no one lasted more than 5 secs )

So I've started to practice with WILD and DEILD a few weeks ago.
This morning in particular I woke up around 5am so I decided to try a WILD!
I kept calm and started imagine me in the sky, above the clouds.
At a certain point my body starts to vibrate, very strong vibrations (like everytime I practice DEILDs, this was my first WILD),
but as soon as my body started to vibrate I woke up.

It's frustrating, it's 3 times in a week I feel vibrations and then I woke up immediately.
Does it mean you're going to enter a dream when your body starts to vibrate?

How can I avoid waking up?

You wake up because you get excited! Try to keep a lid on your excitement (that can be pretty hard). When you feel vibration all over your body that probably means that you're just about ready to enter a dream! Try to sort of roll your dream body out of your real body without waking yourself and you'll be in a dream.

How much time do you spend waiting until you feel those vibrations?

A few seconds (2 to 5) if I'm practicing with DEILD, last night with WILD, it took around 15-20 minutes or so. I couldn't try a DEILD anymore because I moved and I opened my eyes, so I tried a WILD.
So it seems excitement is my main problem

Excitement is a problem for many. You should keep trying it and the more you get used to the feelings of transitioning into a dream, the less excited you'll get. The more used to it you get, the more likely you'll be calm enough to transition.

      That's usually what causes this.

I get the vibrations too. I just lay there and enjoy it because it feels nice 😊 I stay relaxed and then I always experience a false awakening where I wake up in my dream in my bed! I then take it from there! Good luck..sounds like your on the right track!
