• Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views
This tutorial is at the request of some of the other members of the board who were asking how i managed to acheive sleep paralysis in fifteen minutes.
Here i will do my best to explain what happens to me, and assist others in achieving the same thing.

The first thing to do is lie down somewhere quiet, i usually just lie on the bed. Also make sure you are in a comfortable position to relax in, and that you don't need the bathroom, or something to eat or drink.
Wherever you are, it should be relaxing to you. Some people can acheive great concentration with a lot of noise going on, but i find that my room has to be pretty silent, although i can acheive paralysis by listening to some downbeat music, i find this also helps to stop me from falling asleep totally.
The next thing to do, is lie down, and shut your eyes, and concentrate on your breathing. Try not to think too much. just let your mind empty and drift.
As you get closer to sleep, you may find your breathing becomes slower and shallower. You might also find yourself getting giddy. (this does sometimes happen to me.)
You may then feel a 'tingling' sensation' in your body. In my case, it starts at my feet, and works its way up.
You will gradually become less aware of your body and your limbs may feel heavy to the point where you can think about moving them, but can't actually do so, not without breaking your concentration. (i've had personal experience of this, and it's very annoying, if i do have to move. I find i can't get back into the cycle at all.)
You should still be conscious at this point, and able to be woken, but basically you should find yourself 'inside your own head'

This tutorial is only meant as a guide and the effect of entering SP may be different for someone else.
i should also state that i haven't yet acheived a full WILD although i can work with my HI's to the point where i managed to have a short 'conversation' with someone who 'walked in'...so that was like a semi-lucid dream.
