      This really is poor quality. You have spelling errors and put in many one sided opinions as fact. Shutting your eyes isn't "dream suicide" it just depends on the person. And claiming that it's hard to master will only set up mental road blocks for new members.

      Everything is possible in a dream. That's the only rule. The only roadblocks in a dream are the ones set by yourself.

      The spinning method works fine, along with falling backwards, they are much more effective than rubbing your hands.
