This sword is called the "Good Crushing Talon". It is the sword that Shekhina made for Jewyasha out of his Magen David. It contains seven shards of the Elokhim Matteh, or the sapphire staff of Moshe.

Here it is glowing sapphire from the light of the shards:

Now, the sword is not actually real iron; it is energy that gives the illusion of iron. That is why it cannot be touched by goyim and only wielded in its full form by Jewyasha. Like the Elokhim Matteh, it allows Jewyasha to channel the power of Hashem. When he took Moshe's place in the time of the Hebrew slavery in Egypt, he used it to thwart the forces of the Pharaoh with its powers. When he came to edge of the Red Sea, he used it to cut open the sea floor instead of parting the waters of the sea itself.

The water then drained deep into the earth, and stirred the molten magma, which rose up through the crack and crested up in the direction of the Egyptian army, melting them, and eventually flowing through the entire city of Egypt. After Jewyasha left that time, Hashem took pity on the Egyptians, and changed the lava to water before it reached the city, thereby sparing its civilians.

"As soon as I was able to observe what water erosion looked like, I could see, for myself, the watered erosion on the Sphinx. What I had a hard time digesting was the fact that nobody had ‘noticed’ these water effects before? No one noticed the water forms of erosion, because they already assumed that they knew what they were looking at."
