That's pretty impressive, nice job. The pink one turned out the best imo.

Those are nice, and yeah the pink one looks the best. It looks like the sexy female deer that all the male deers are trying to date, on some cartoon with personified animals.

I've only done 2 comissions so far and the first one, I didn't know what to price them so I said $8 because I worry about pricing things too high :/
but she said she wouldn't pay less than $15 so that's what I've made them for now, until I get my etsy open, then I'll probably raise the price since like...everyone has said I should.

they do take me- well I say 10 hours but it's really more like 15, to make each one

yeah, just tell me what colours and scent(s).. I can give you the list of the ones I have now but I'm about to order several more so like, anything

They are so well made, I'm super impressed...and you know I've been working with sculpey for years. But considering the amount of time you spend on one, even at like $5/hr for 10 hours that would be fifty bucks. You shouldn't work for any less than that! Although as you create more of them I'm sure you'll be able to do it faster. But of course, I totally geek out over handmade stuff like this. I could never take one for free...if you won't let me pay then maybe we could do a trade. Though I don't know if I have anything you'd want?

(also how to do you keep the thin parts like the legs and ears from breaking off? do you put wires in them?)

yeah, I'll thinking I'll get a little faster but I dunno, I spend a LOT of time trying to get everything even and smooth (I use the first one as reference and try to match the sizes of each piece the best I can)
I sand them to get off fingerprints and rough spots..and do a loooot of touching up

also I'm a complete super noob at scenting clay and that's part of the reason I'm doing them cheap right now. any little flaws resulting from inexperience..I'm still working out methods and problems that come up.

oh yeah I totally forgot to reply to this- no wires, they're pretty small, I just bake them in 2 pieces (body and head) and then glue them together with sculpey glue. they shouldn't break unless you handle them roughly, although I'm pretty fckn clumsy and I've dropped them all several times onto my hard floor and they were always fine.

Holy crap how do you make those ice cream cones, I could never figure out a good way to make the cone part.

I will totally make you a shroom locket! Just let me know the specific details...what sort of mushrooms, how many, what color, and if you want it scented. The lockets are my fave thing to make, I'll make ya any sort of locket you want. I hate making the other stuff lol.

the cones, i make two pieces and stick them together- i guess i could shape a single piece but whatever that's the way i do it- and then roll tiny tiny "snakes" (lol, i love calling them that) and just...stick them on. i mean it takes a long ass time but it's worth it. it's hard not to mush the bottom when i stick the icecream on top and touch it up...i'm working on it :/
a sewing needle (or pin) helps. that's also how i do the cobwebs only those are even tinier u_u

anyway, sorry to be boring, but i don't have any crazy special request, i love how this one looks:
