** Justin's Official Signature/Avatar Request Form **

In return for the amazing staff, and kind members that make DV such an amazing place. I would like to try and repay them for the experience they provide. The way I know best, Graphics. Anyone can request a signature/avatar/or set. All I ask is that you try to only ask once a week at the most, and that you use the form I have provided.

How Many Likes: (Members with more likes will have highest priority as they contribute the most. This is a give and take thing)
Signature Size: (500x250, 500x200, 350x125, Custom)
Colors: (Any colors that you want/don't want?)

Quote/Text: Any text you would like to see on the signature)

Theme: I want something like planets. Multiple planets. They can be real or fake. Anything. but something you would see in a dream.

Text: every passing day is another chance to turn it all around. (only if you can work it in to look good)

Extra info: just remember I don't want it to look real. I want it to be dreamy. And most of all... Awesome. Lol also if the avatar could just be a photo af a planet like Saturn. But the rings being all over around it like a photo of an atom. If that makes since. Also I would like the colors to match the signature.

Sounds like a plan man. I just got home from a baseball tournament, so I will get that started first thing in the a.m. . Just wrote it on my Calendar.

Thanks for the awesome signature!

Here's a forum specific fix. I used the forums BG color to create the illusion of a smaller signature.

You will need to replace the spaces with periods
