One of my hobbyes are plastic arts and crafts like traditional painting and drawing, sometimes digital painting, clay sculpture, papercraft and origami, and more. I start by showing you my hard covered dream journal made by me. As I sayed yet, the cover is very hard, made of two layers of hard cardboard, covered in a thick drawing paper and painted in black with ink and acrylic for an interesting effect. On front cover I cut off in first layer a symbol imaginated by me that represent the god of dreams Morpheus, represented by a butterfly wing merged with a poppy leaf (both symbols of him), then I painted it with golden paint. Also, I draw the symbol on first page. The pages are made from usual printing pappers, folded in two and glued thogeter with prenadez (a glue bassed on rubber). 20140427_232938.jpg 20140430_142929.jpg I write in it using an alphabet invented by me formed of 58 letters to keep my texts secret personal and to make it to look more ocult like and mysterious. (fun fact: I had deja vu writing this paragraph) 20140430_141653.jpg At the end of my jorunal is a double size folded page. I made this egg one year ago because I am a huge fan of Game of Thrones and A Song of Ice and Fire. I got the ideea how to start from Blind Squirrel Props Blog. Imagine0422.jpg Imagine0423.JPG I made the egg basse from polystyrene.... Spoiler for polystyrene: ....then I covered it on white clay. I made the stone texture from base using coarse salt, a nectarine kenel, a needle and a strow. The scales was hardest part, because I needed to made every single one.
