I don't know, just speak from your heart? How do you truly feel about her? How does she make you feel? Describe her.

Clear your mind of questions and then you will know the truth. Just let your feelings flow through the pen as if you were throwing a dart

Think of something out in the world that has a spiritual meaning (A Gemstone, a Celestial Body, etc.) These examples have spiritual meanings. Different gemstones are said to heal or affect you in different ways. Celestial Bodies and constellations can also symbolize different things about a person as well. You can always look up various mythological figures to reference too.

Another good one is animals. Childrens' books use animals. Animals have these sort of predefined characters that we associate with them, why they're often used in children's books and short stories, because people often have a general idea of how they will behave just by knowing what animal they are. (Turtles are slow and steadfast, Rabbits are energetic and swift, Lions are the king of the jungle, etc.)

So basically you come up with a way to talk about these sorts of things (perhaps even telling a narrative in your poem if you like) about her.
