Thread: Some drawings of mine

nice work Mark. I particularly like the way the characters heads are drawn. The eyes could end up being very expresive in animation.

Thanks, that's actually something I was focusing on. Seeing as how I will be making flash animations, this is very good to hear.

This one was loosely based off of that black knight guy from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, as well as the knights and generals of the Fire Emblem series.


This one is a characterization of my cousin. (Just ignore the floating heads, they were a separate picture. I have a tendency to draw multiple unrelated things in the same space...)

I like how you`ve done the details on the coat your cousin is wearing. Two thumbs up ^_^

Yeah, the way you did your cousin's clothes stood out to me, too. Good stuff, man. 8)

I like the knight, also.

On the 45 degree head shots (the Marissa and MS pic) I think you should take just a little more care to line up the chin down the center of the face. Try continuing the lineage of the space between the eyes and the nose (not the tip, though) on down to the bottom of the face.

Hair is actually one of my biggest challenges, but you've got a pretty good technique, goin' on. Tight work.

Uh... no it's not. All you have to do is go down and look at the pictures. You can't even see the pictures when you quote. It's just an nuisance to everyone else and is unnecessary...

Sorry, I had a flat tire and other things came up...am I two years too late? Where are the pictures?
