Wow! I'd have to say that the vast majority of flashes on the internet are incredibly shit, as flash is so easy to get your hands on and get started that everyone is using it. But that was really, really great. Really simplistic and motivational. I loved the chillax theme of it. Mainly blue tones, and that sweet font helped a lot. I loved the character and its facial expressions. Really, good, congrats!
That was pretty sweet. I love the Aphex Twin logo at the end. *gasp* Haha.

About the actual flash, the order things are presented in seem illogical. You present the how before the why. To maintain interest its generally best to explain in this order : What(it is), Why(you should be interested), How(now that you're interested, how can you do it?) You give once sentence about "what" then move straight to "how". Espesially with Lucid Dreaming you have to be careful about this. People are gonna think this is a vid about a cult or something unless you tell them otherwise straight away. (they'll close it really quickly if they think its something stupid)
Get across (really) early that they can control their dreams and do whatever they want in them. If you can do that then its all downhill from there. I was thinking of doing A LD flash as well (but I can't draw for beans and it pretty much died). Concepts I was thinking of using included "You spend 1/3 of your life asleep. What do you do with that time?" and "Your dream, Your rules" (Thanks to exo for those btw)
I dunno if you actually wanted this much constructive critisism but theres my 2 cents. =P Its still great no matter how much i said about it.
