Song about a lucid dream

This is a song I wrote for piano and voice based on an LD I had a few weeks ago. I kinda stole the melody from another song and tweeked it up a bit, but the arrangement and lyrics are by me. Here's a clip from the recording:

Seriously: that was awesome!

. you've got a wonderful voice. I liked the josephine one. especially how you gave an explanation thing. Also loved how you went "uuuhh...i dunno, whatever" right in the middle of the song and how you narrated the page turn. XD. umm...and the "this is not the same as the beginning". plus narrating the B flat as well. Im sure there are more, but I REALLY liked it. Im going to save it on my computer to listen to if i ever feel down one day. For some reason your dream sorta sounds like a fairytale similar to that of Little Red Riding Hood.

Please make more if you can. I found that really entertaining. BTW did you just make up the lyrics as they went?

I think it kicks ass. The computer i'm using right now has REALLY shitty sound. But I can hear when I lean close, and what I hear I like.

Oddly enough, all I did was a google image search and that happens to be the EXACT player/recorder AND microphone that I use. Made by Sony.

thanks man. Yeah, I'm gonna re-record it because I want to take the fluffy thing off the mic to make it clearer. Plus I think I have the volume too low when I transfer it from minidisc to computer.

I didn't re-record it, I just uploaded it again with the volume up more. I'll probably re-record it and "Josephine" later. The clip is still from the old one, so it still sounds crap. But the full version is a bit clearer now I think.

I also added some of my opera to the site, for those who are just morbidly curious enough to hear my screamy side.
