Well, we've got our own FTP to use, and that alone is awesome. Anyway, we're going to do all the artwork for the page. We might redo the Dreamviews banner that goes across the top of the screen, and Icedawg has suggested a comic.

I was discussing it before with Ophelia and Nightowl and some others before. It wasn't the first time I'd thought about it but it was when something was actually planned.

yep, the comic book was totally aphius's idea; i included it as an example just to give everyone an idea of stuff they could do...but i think that might be aphius's project.

anyway, i'm going to amend the team's definition because i think it sounds a little much like members are my personal slaves; the team is supposed to exist just so that those with artistic ability can use it in various places in the forum, and not simply to help improve the site's design.

EDIT: alright, the team's definition has been changed to include more options for things to do (i.e. projects for other teams that may come up) and also so that working on the site & forum is mentioned last (i.e. so that doesn't have to be seen as a priority).

I'd be happy to work 24/7 on avatars, no joke! I made my own newest one out of a pic that was originally a cel. I love that sort of thing.

Thanks for the kind words, guys. Yeah, I shouldn't just change myself for one other person...although, in retrospect, I've always been extremely proud of my femininity, and enjoy broadcasting it in avatars and sigs and such. Lina Inverse, sorceress, is not cute, per se, but a much stronger symbol. I'm glad I changed it -- although I still feel embarrassed now for liking pokemon...

See my new avatar? I got it at Anime Galleries dot Net. They have this feature called "Avatar Maker" where you pick a pic, and then specify the maximum size, and make a little cookie-cutter-type avatar from it. Then you can add text and all sorts of stuff. I'm sure some other people around here must know about this, but I gotta plug it anyway! It's awesome! I can just go back and forth, taking people's favorite pics and making avatars out of them...

I realize the making avatars thing was sort of a joke, but I'm being serious about it.
