What up, you hip daddies and wiggits! So umm I posted these before, but Xox, the queen of GREATNESS she is, was all like "IMPROVING THINGS" and improved it so now you can see what the characters are saying. So basically this is a comic or whatever about Jesus and a Turtle who he is great friends with discussing issues that are IMPORTANT and RELEVANT TO THESE TIMES. Here are two of them! Two is one more than one! Constructive criticism and junk is definitely welcome!

Well, so far it's exactly the same premise. A bunch of panels, always showing the same content, discussing philosophical/stupid stuff, with very complicated words.

I do have a couple more of these! But the problem still remains. Marvo makes a solid Marvopoint: this is SIMILAR TO THE POINT OF PLAGIARISTIC to Dinosaur Comics! I only wish I could make a time machine and just be like "hey hombre" to Ryan North and then knock him out with a rock or something so he forgets how to be real good and make Dinosaur Comics.

You could make Jesus and the Turtle troll forums in the comics, talk philosophy, and other things. Keep the philosophy, but add stuff as well. And make different backgrounds also. It's awesome, I love the premise. Don't stop Kiza, don't stop. It's so good.

The humour is okay though. Changing backgrounds to reflect the current conversation could be a nice touch. By the way, I realize now, that even though it's pretty much the same premise as Dinosaur Comics, you can still do it if you want to. It just seems lame

Personally, while noting the distinct and notable similarities to Dinosaur Comics, I actually Laughed Out Loud while reading these. All of them. I have never Laughed Out Loud at Dinosaur Comics. Maybe chuckled silently to myself subvocally, or even mentally chortled, but never have I Laughed Out Loud. Plus it's pretty rad reading these while listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I don't wanna beat a dead horse here, but its the tone and general flow of the conversation that reminds me the most of Dinosaur comics; not even the never changing graphics. Having Jesus say icecream is rad is totally a dino comics line. Thank you for your honesty. I've been worrying about that too, really. The tone is extremely similar. I am working on some of these right now that are not so similar in tone and conversation, etc.

1. These are awesome. 'I am shocked and appaled mr turtle' 2. I agree with the above, I have never lolled at the dinosaur comics, but I did with these. 3. Theres a million different comics, you pic a drawing style, and someone has already done it. Ever just saying, bugger it, I'll just draw really crap, or i'll draw stick figures, someone will have already done it. Look at toothpastefordinner and xkcd It's really hard to find something original, but this is still pretty original. I mean Jesus and a turtle. I can understand you wanting to change it, but, this is an awesome start.
