Thread: Poems, Songs, and Other.

I really enjoyed this! It's dark, it's moody, but not so metaphoric that it becomes unrelatable.

Everyone has their share of sadism, whether they realize it at the time or not. It's those that get caught in that downward spiral of sadism and hit rockbottom, becoming too dizzy to get back on their feet and learn from whatever ordeal or whatever experience. Not everyone comes around.

Favourite lines are:

"I've harmed both myself and others, been both sadistic and masochistic.
Cut myself for the pleasure of pain, hurt others for the pleasure of theirs."

This one, I'm planning to rewrite

Love the cutters
Love the ones who bleed to be happy
That hate themselves but don't dare show it
Love the ones with a sense of style
That hear you insults
But just ignore it
Love the cutters
Who just ignore the haters
Love the cutters
Who simply forget the lovers
Love the ones
With the razor blades
Love the cutters
But never hate

Nobody cares

Nope.
Not a soul.
You might cut them.
and it's taken it's toll.
you've scared them away.
they're gone for good.
and to your dismay.
it's brightened their mood.
they're happy they're gone.
away from your cries and whines
they're happy they're gone
feeling safe in their mind.
you cannot hurt them.
can't touch them at all.
you can't destroy them.
can't beckon and call.
satan controls you.
you sinner,
you freak
you cut open their hearts.
their happiness begins to leak.
but they've run away now.
gone and hid.
until the admins
get rid of you, rid.
and until this happens,
their subconscious tugs.
until this happens
we are all fucked.

Is this topic supposed to be only for your stuff, TheLucid, or are you asking others to share as well? Your title/post doesn't make it clear.

Mine, I kinda figured that was common sense, but then again GuitarBoy just sits at a computer trying to fail people and doesn't use that.

To stomach a pepper is no easy feat

Gates

There once was a pirate named Gates
Who went around town on roller skates
He slipped on his cutlass
Rend'ring him nutless
And practically useless on dates.

First is a quatrain, second is obviously a limerick. I like my poetry lighthearted and sometimes humorous.

I don't believe that a mod should be calling any member a baby.
Some people are more susceptible to pain/other feelings then other people are.
