Thread: Stream of Consciousness

I wrote this years ago and it's the only poem I've ever written that I know by heart (besides the ones that we made into songs)


Sometimes I think this life is just
a never ending dream
a "go-all-out" production and
it's time to change the scene

We've got to keep our minds busy
so we wont go insane
We tend to go quite stir-crazy
when all the beasts are slain

Just a stream of consciousness,
an unstable point in space
Just a stream of consciousness,
so soon to be replaced

No point in what I've done so far,
no point in going on
No point in finding melody
or finishing this song~
