      Giant Oil Painting Time.

      HAY guise.

      So I did a 5 ft by 4 ft oil self portrait for a project. Unfortunately the new camera killed the details, but meh...

      Im an art student so I have a tons and tons of stuff but I am too lazy to go and take pictures of them all and upload them to the computer and then upload them onto photobucket...whinewhinewhine...

      Anyways, my first huge painting(and people actually recognized me from it because its hanging in the hall, which is pretty sweet because self portraits are rough)...

      Shit.... I have only done 4 or so self-portraits and they were mandatory for various art classes lol.

      Can't imagine doing one that big though, scary lol I hate doing them.

      It's good though, I like your use of colour and brushstrokes.

      Constructive criticism: The right (your left) shoulder and under-arm is fucked. It's way too pointy and the shadow looks strange. But you definitely have great potential, no doubt.

      If I may suggest something, take some life drawing classes. It will improve your anatomy so much. Even a few classes is good.

      Hope you post some more!
