Some plastic simply has a chemical structure that doesn't allow it to be remolded. It can still be reused in its final form of course, but that has very limited applications. Some companies reuse plastic bottles, which is great. Most of that plastic just gets burned though, which is not great, since plastic is made out of fossil fuels, which isn't CO2 neutral. |
