I don't break out very often but when I do, the pimple(s) seem to last a while. Even when they go away, I'm left with a red-ish/brown-ish spot on the skin that usually takes a week or two to fade away. Is there anything I can do to make them go away sooner?

Any tips to stop nail biting? Such a nasty little habit of me!
