I get stomachache weekly and if it's really bad, it's every other day. The only possible reason I can think of is I eat too much for my stomach to digest without going haywire.
Just as I am typing this, my stomach cringes.

Hi Carrot,
It can be caused by a lot off things. I have a sensitive stomach and belly so I know what I am talking about. I get problems when I am wearing jeans that are a bit tight, when I eat too much ( I know when to stop now so it doesn't happen anymore) I used to swallow a lot of air when I was eating or just sighing too much which caused pain and I have an upset stomach when I got stress (which I don't have much anymore, luckily) You also can get stomachache from eating a lot of sugar.
I hope this will help you and if it is really bad you should see a doctor.
If I'm lucky, it's normal waste disposal. If I'm unlucky, I might be having diarrhoea so bad I'm on the verge of fainting.
Thanks for your reply, I'm guessing it might be a sensitive stomach too. In fact I have been having stomachaches and occasionally vomiting on and off for as long as I can remember. I wonder can it be caused by late nights too. Like sleeping at 5am everyday.
Considering your OCD I think it is mainly stress that makes your tummy go weird on you. A consistent rythem is important; eating three meals a day at the same time every day and have a regular sleep rythem. Also going to the bathroom at the same time everyday can help, if I don't go for one day I will have a weird tummy all day!
