This is an odd question for these forums, but it's late, I'm tired and I spend an hour searching. Have to spend hours more to find a better forums for this question. For now though I thought I would take a chance and see if anyone knew the name of this teacher.
OK so this person is mentioned in Randy Butler's book, "Samskara." The book was published in India by Tata Press in Mumbai in 2004. So I am assuming that this teacher was in India in Rishikesh between 2000-2004, which makes sense because Romanian teachers were being persecuted around 2004 so many fled the country. This teacher is said to have been a master running a Vivekenanda Yoga school.
I can't find anything out about Vivekenanda Yoga. I assume its based on the teachings of the swami of the same name? The class was said by the author to be very advanced, and it had to do with mental travel in space/time, which is a subject of great interest to me.
I would like to know this Yogi's name, the name of their school, and any other known ways of referencing Vivekenanda Yoga. Maybe it's known by another name here in the West? BTW if you can get this book do so, it is an excellent read!
Appreciate the help!
